How Much Does Condo Property Management Cost in Houston?

Though we do have condo property management fees, you get genuine value for your money. We offer upfront pricing for no surprises, a 24-hour response promise for fast service, and the trust that comes with our Keyrenter Service Guarantee. Your money is an investment in letting us handle the stress involved with property management.

Our full-service management plan is 10% of the tenant's monthly rent, with a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $250. For that, we guarantee tenants for six months, do background checks, collect rent for you, oversee evictions, and handle 24/7 emergency response.

Our full multifamily plan costs 8% of monthly tenant rent with the same min/max range as full-service offers. We handle tenant turnover management, utility bill back management, security deposit replacement insurance, and quarterly reviews of your account. We also handle leasing fees and maintenance on a commission basis.

Need help with selling or consulting? We offer brokerage services for just a few percentage points, and fees are lower for existing clients.
