A Houston native and current resident, Abhi has been a real estate investor in his home city for the past 10 years. Quickly realizing that his vision of real estate investment required a reliable and quality property manager, he tried three different property management companies, all of which proved to be below par. He finally decided that if a solution that met his needs didn't exist in the city, he would build it himself. Over the past several years, Keyrenter Houston has experienced significant growth and is continuing to push the expectations for what property management and real estate investment support should be in Houston.

End-of-year cash flow report with detailed analysis of revenue (rent) and expenses (repairs, etc.)
1099 generation and filing with the IRS
Monthly statements that detail rent payments and monthly expenses with invoices
For investors with multiple properties, twice a year we send out a property comparison with a detailed analysis of valuation, expenses and performance compared.
